"The first couple of times we ordered from here the sandwich, BACON 3 CHEESESTEAK, was phenomenal! Fries were great and the lemonade is delicious. But after those first two orders I've noticed the quality of my sandwich declining. I can understand a one off, but I've had no veggies at all on one sandwich. Assumed that would be a one off and just asked for extra tomato on the next one. That sandwich consisted of a sprinkling of lettuce and a stack of 3 tomato slices on one end of said sandwich. Decided it might be easier to just add extra of all the veggies. That one consisted of another sprinkling of lettuce. Two slices of tomato cut in half (so it made more "slices"? I don't know) on one end of the sandwich while the other end had a ball of meat, it needed a makeover for sure! Was not prepared for some assembly being required. The fries are hit or miss each time. There's no consistency with this place. Not worth the price, in my opinion. Lucky for you, Charley's, my wife really likes this place and is happy with her meal each time! So I will continue to try and manifest a higher quality sandwich for myself as I'm fairly certain we will be ordering again. Happy spouse equals a happy house right?"

"I have to start by saying that the Sunshine Skillet for $13.99 is definitely not worth $13.99 for the portion for sure! The Sausage Gravy & Biscuits, I didn't even take a photo because, for $8.99 there were just two biscuits and a little cup of brown gravy in the same little container as the rest of the food! I am not impressed at all! 😐 The Rancher Crispy Potatoes, also in the same little container, were a little burnt to be honest. The Reese's® Peanut Butter Pie tasted good, it was just the presentation of it in the little tiny box as well, that was so disappointing! The Cinna-Biscuits with cream cheese icing was the only thing I thought was actually decent sized for one of those tiny boxes, just considering it's an appetizer anyway. But when you're paying over $70 dollars for your order and you subscribe to DoorDash and these are the sizing portions of your food, very very very disappointed and will not be ordering again! I can do a lot more and get a lot more for $70 at Applebee's or probably anywhere else with decent sizable portions oppose to what I just had for breakfast at Bob Evans and shared with my husband this morning! Definitely not a happy customer here! Where in the world is the food at for the money it costs??!! 😡"
