We got the Beef Brisket Platter which came with 3 very large slices of brisket with Memphis sauce (tendor and flavorful) and we got the fried Center Cut Pork Chop. The pork chops were thick with a crunchy breaded coat...seasoned just right. For the sides we ordered mashed potatoes and gravy, collard greens, and Mac n cheese. The sides had that southern flavor! The greens were my favorite--they're made just how I like to make mine at home. I was skeptical of the Mac n cheese bc it's pale and runny, BUT when I tried it, it was sooooo good. I can't even post a photo of our food because we literally devoured it. I will definitely be ordering from here again.
