Crunchy on the outside, warm and smooth on the inside. OUTSTANDING. The sauce on top is really good too. It's more orange-ish/red than the other pics, not sure exactly what it is but it's GOOD. I think it might be mayo-based but it's not a typical 'ketchup-mayo' sauce. Now onto the 'piece de resistance' - the Tawook Wrap is PHENOMENAL. The chicken is genuinely moist and cooked to PERFECTION.
