"They were absolutely terrible. These were NOT the “Delicious Tamales” I remember from years past—far from it! I purchased five dozen for over $100, and every single one of the seven people who tried them had the same reaction: they were dry and bland. The worst part? There was barely any meat inside. We managed to choke down just two of the five dozen by drowning them in my homemade red chile Pequine & Serrano Pepper salsa. The little bit of red sauce that was included was practically nonexistent, which left the meat dry and unappetizing. These weren't even pork tamales; they were mostly just corn masa with a mere sprinkle of pork. It was an overwhelming amount of boring corn masa and hardly any meat at all! This was extremely disappointing. What a complete waste of over $100!"

Now the portion of carne guisada isn't huge, one good size taco portion but it is so flavorful and insanely tender. The cheese Enchiladas were great as well, plenty of sauce and the flavor is also great. Rice and beans are great and the flour tortillas were hot and chewy. I would definitely order here again!"
