Everything was hot and perfect. Funny thing, my order was actually rerouted from the Dunkin closest to me (Riverwood, Evans) to this one near the Home Depot on washington, and I am SO happy they did. "I ordered the vegetarian stir fry which is pretty good, when made right. My sandwhich was made and wrapped sloppy, it arrived with the contents falling out. It was a whole sub, and half wasn't even cut in the middle of the bread. It looked like whoever made it was new or in a rush because a skinny piece of my bread was shaved off and my contents were thrown on top of the bread like a piece of toast. Lastly, I found morsels of steak on my vegetarian sandwhich, which is not the first time this has happened. I understand there's cross contamination, but the cook should make it a priority to make sure there's no meat in the sandwhich. After the last few times, I got the ingredients to make it myself at home, but I was tired, and baldinos bread is usually much softer than the stores, so I ordered in. Will not be doing again. They'd treat me with more respect if I go in and watch them make my sandwhich."

I think that Jersey Mike's has the best subs that I've ever had. my favorite is the number 56 a Big Kahuna with no jalapenos. it's just always fresh and good and cooked perfectly. and my number five is so fresh and tasty . I get the best of both worlds , half a cold and half a hot. and then I save the rest of it for my next meal. Jersey Mike's was one of my sons first employers. ever since he started working there and I tasted those subs, no other sub will satisfy me like Jersey Mike's. "

"We regularly use Door Dash(which was awesome delivery as usual) to pick up Submarine Sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's, at least once a week. While we usually always give their Subs 5 Stars, we had to give them -1 Star this time. I'm not sure who made these last night, but I would fire them. They were disgusting. The bread was stale and hard, the chicken was dry, there was nasty old bacon crumbled up in the sandwich, and we definitely didn't taste any ranch sauce. Also, we ordered Xtra cheese, and it had none on the sub. Worst of all.. They were wet with water. No joke, it seemed like someone actually set them in water, then wrapped them up. We didn't finish eating them, just a few bites only: for there was a weird taste about them. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Whoever made them should be ashamed of themselves for actually giving these to a customer. The only good thing was that the awesome Customer Service Rep from Door Dash gave us the credit for them. Thank you Door Dash."

"Very tender, had lots of flavor within the sauce on top. Lowkey wish there was more but all around a good meal for around $28. Would only recommend as a spoiled treat $28 is still pre expensive "

"The broccoli and the ribs were criminally underseasoned. They couldn't be bothered to add enough salt to make it palatable. The 4-bone "half-rack" of ribs seemed much closer to a 1/3 rack in size and the Texas rub is apparently flavorless. The only redeeming thing about the entire meal was the cheddar jalapeno smoked sausage, and it had the audacity to be cold on arrival. If you want decent ribs, Applebee's does a much better job (better seasoned and more tender) AND the food is less expensive. I had their ribs last night and I would much rather have had them again tonight than this poor excuse for a meal. Never again, Chili's. Don't ever sing about your baby back ribs again."
