"Good ideas, poor execution and quality. Not really worth the price because the place cut so many corners. Talkin' Turkey Melt - Combo had 1 piece of bacon. Ordered 2 combos, only received 1 order of fries. Treatin' Myself Melt was a big disappointment. The strawberries were mushy and frozen, not fresh as described, and the cheesecake was nothing like the picture. It was a wedge of bland store bought cheesecake in between 2 slices of pound cake. It only covered a third of the pound cake. Because it was a wedge, the only way to eat it was to take everything apart. Since the strawberries were frozen and partially frozen, they went in the garbage. "

I chose this because I like the deep dish and the Italian cheesy bread, it was cheaper than buying one of each, and the portions were perfect in my opinion. The cheese was exactly what you’d expect when ordering pizza, fresh and done right. The pepperoni, however, had clearly been sitting in their warmer for a LONG time. The dough was rock hard (crunchy-no chew or softness) and dry, the pepperoni crumbled when touched, and the bottom and crust were far past that “golden” color you’d want. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I’m not sure why they’d even serve that to anyone let alone sell it? I gave them a second chance after they previously gave me rotten pepperoni on my deep dish pizza (I shouldn’t have done that, clearly). NEVER again will I give this place my money. I will never order from them again, either. Don't waste your money, seriously."
