My son loves their chorizo. There are so many wonderful vegetarian options. The dish "Norah's Favoite", a vetable filled enchilada, is also my favorite. For several dishes they use a homemade cheese sauce, not plain cheese. This elevates the whole thing. Think yummy white queso dip instead of gloppy cheese. The enchilada soup is a meal on its own. The menu is big so when I first ate here I was skeptical. After that first meal I was hooked. We are from the Southwest where good Mexican food is everything. This definitely caters to an American palate but there is also an authenticity to Sabor Azteca that I love. This place is a gem. "
