The cream sauce can be split and this is more so because heavy cream based sauces are only ever great when they are served straight out of the kitchen. Unless they switch to cream meant for cooking at higher temperatures, it's sort of inevitable so I don't fault the restaurant for this too much. But the flavour is nice, I would happily order the carbonara and eat it fresh in house, just wouldn't order it to be delivered again. Other than that I absolutely love the food from this place!
