Easy recommend. 4.5/5 Chicken or Beef Gallaya was absolutely outstanding and will be something I will order again in the future. Think Mississippi Pot Roast but with Lebanese flavours. Rice is a must have side with this. 5/5 Sides: Rice- A great textbook version of Lebanese yellow rice. Fluffy and well seasoned. Soaked up the gravy from the Chicken or Beef Gallaya and complemented it perfectly. 4/5 Hummus- An acceptable but not a stand out entry. Could do with a bit more garlic, salt, & seasoning. 3/5 Baba ghanoush- Like the rice, textbook example of it.
