They were definitely spicy but the flavors of each entree came through the medium heat. The restaurant followed our specific requests for low sodium. Big plus! The cook also put extra ginger in the Aloo Gobi as-asked. The meal was prepared promptly, delivered pronto! My only wish is for a plastic bag lining the paper delivery bag. That's probably my only critique. But regardless, everything was fully fresh, came on time, and I'd probably order here again.
