"We ordered the cheesesteaks, turkey club and the cutlet sandwich. I called and asked them to lightly toast the hero bread; when we received it, it was well done, to the point it tasted burnt. It probably could have been a good sandwich if it wasn't too hard to bite into and not enough of the short rib. The turkey club was on this thick semolina bread with hardly any turkey on it and it tasted dry. I don't think bread should be that thick and they need to add more turkey.
