"The Penne isn't supposed to be this watery (see picture), is lacking in seasoning, and the pasta was overcooked (chewy, sticky). The cheese needed salt and had hardened by the time the meal arrived. Garlic bread was also very bland. It had no butter or garlic flavor and was barely yellow in color. Moved out here from Chicago and disappointed in this location's interpretation of my favorite Rosati dish. "
