"Overall the food was not bad, there were a few areas needing improvement, First, The Pizzas were not cut well, and we had to tear the slices apart. Because of this, the cheese and toppings slid off the crust. Overall, the pizza sauce lacked flavor, and the crust was rather chewy like it had been reheated in a microwave. We've ordered from here many times, and it hasn't been that way for previous orders so it was a bit confusing. The Caprese had more tomatoes than slices of mozzarella, and did not come with the olive oil we had received previously. The Bavarian Pretzel was good, but the Garlic Flatbread was pretty bland, had no garlic flavor, and no dipping sauce. In terms of the desserts the Cookie Dough Mashup Cake had something in it that tasted sour, its not described on the menu so I don't know what it was. The sour taste was distracting to the overall flavor of the cake, which was otherwise okay. The Blueberry Cobbler Cream Cake was ok, not spectacular but not bad. Overall, it was very average, nothing spectacular, and a little on the pricy side for the quality we recieved. We have ordered from this restaurant multiple times in the past and those experiences were significantly better. I don't think this place is bad generally, and I wouldn't write off coming here based on this one experience, I would still generally recommend it to people, but I think they could use better quality control and consistency."

"Normally their food is okay to good. However the past 2 times I've ordered, my food hasn't been up to standard for even a mediocre cook who likes his/her job even the slightest bit. My grilled cheese was bonfire flavored. Very obviously burnt and yet still thrown in aluminum foil and delivered to me. The Chicken Caesar Wrap, well, don't waste your money. It's not entirely horrible, but it's 80% romaine lettuce with about 4 cube size pieces of chicken. You can get a MUCH better Chicken Caesar Wrap at Market Basket deli. There's is big enough to get 2 meals out of. The Lobster Bisque here might as well be slightly thinned out joint compound with 3 medium sized pieces of lobster suspended in it. Its so thick and oily that it will literally gag you if you don't thin it out yourself. If you're going to pay lobster bisque prices, you might as well make it at home and make it with some love and passion for the art of cooking. You're not going to find the love of cooking here. I'm sorry in advance."
