The vegetables are fresh and separately packaged you can ask for everything to be seperated so you can put it all together as you go which is very appreciated. Side note: I didn't eat mine with the noodles only because I don't want noodles. I just wanted the meat, veggies and broth so that's what I did. Absolutely delicious. Great for when your sick really helped me. 10/10 reccomend the beef rib pho."
