"As soon as I found out Happy Dumplings was on DoorDash I ordered IMMEDATELY. I've had their noodles and dumplings before, but the popcorn chicken is new. The Taiwan-Style Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was not only crispy but also tender as well, I scarfed down half before remembering to take a picture. Id say it's worth the price since you get a big container! The Spicy Burning Dry Noodles 宜宾燃面 and Pan-Fried Pork & Chive Dumplings (10) 开口锅贴（10）are always a good combo for the price. With the amount you get, it's like two meals!"

"The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup 辣味牛肉拉面 was absolutely worth the 15 bucks. There was plenty of meat, more than enough noodles, and just enough bok choy, and the bowl was huge to even begin with. The Taiwan-Style Popcorn Chicken 盐酥鸡 was the one I was most excited for, and it almost lived up to my expectations- there wasn't too much flavor besides the chicken with side containers of pepper powder and spice, like it lacked a sweetness or something. Their butter chicken / makhani flavor profile tastes like the schema of what butter chicken should taste like, with forward, aromatic notes of ginger-garlic, turmeric, kasoori methi, and dairy. It could be the best I've had since childhood. The chicken tikka masala is similar with a tang of slightly more tomato, and more savory ginger-garlic. Their rendition of Punjabi classics stands up to Indian gastronomy anywhere, let alone in a locale where delicious food is hard to come by."

"Though I have been a regular customer of Men ar Wok since moving back from San Francisco, where I was fortunate to live by Dragon Gate (and contrary to gossip, Chinatown was a wonderful place to live, clean, safe, and the residents take care of their homeless neighbors so you won't trip over bodies on the sidewalks), and you get the real Chinese home cooking, with Men at Wok being the closest I've found in VT and NH. My last order included items I hadn't tried before: Pork Yat Mein Soup, not a traditional Chinese medicinal, was exactly the thing for American colds - very tasty broth, filled with perfectly cooked mein/noodles, finely shredded Napa cabbage, matchstick carrots, roast pork cut to the same size, slivered onions, etc., the perfect meal for someone with a cold and not ready for heavier food; Cantonese Fried Nodles, very fine noodles cooked then panfried until edges and bottom are lightly crisped, protein of choice with vegetables on top. HINT: Sweet and Sour, get extra rice!"

Snow Mountain Roll a lot, but have not until recently and the amount and quality of fish in chirashi and size of snow mountain roll definitely have gotten much smaller. They still get 5 stars because for the area they're decent, but not as good as they used to be."
