"9/10 at this location I usually have to chuck my food and get a refund because it arrives cold and old not to mention lots of salt in my fries when I always ask for no salt. usually don't have sauce's I ask for nor napkins and a straw. tonight I called in before placing my order the young lady I spoke with was such a sweetheart. I never got her name but tomorrow I'll be calling in and speaking with the manager and letting them know that more of the workers need to be like her and actually listen to the customers.
