"Toroniku Shoyu Ramen is delicious. have never had pork cheek before but think I prefer it to pork belly as it's a bit leaner, but still very flavorful and juicy. Feel like there's more meat than fat compared to pork belly which was nice. It has a nice strip of fat that you could eat or skip as you prefer. the broth was very flavorful and their packaging is smart - noodles, broth, and toppings all separate so you can heat the broth and assemble at home.
