My only food complaint is that because the cabbage and sauce is on the bottom of the taco, the tortilla turns soggy and can rip pretty easily. I wish I hadn't discovered the chimichanga with cheese sauce because it is addictive. My husband is not crazy about the pork tamales but he has enjoyed the chiles rellenos, enchiladas suizas, and other enchiladas. Many places where we order Tex-Mex, the chicken is tough and inconsistent but so far that has not been the case here. The carnitas in my burrito was tender and flavorful.
