Cholay were watery, Ali tamari cut not how traditional Ali tarkari cuts are taste acceptable. Poor size was acceptable but not traditional poori taste, I'm guessing they chose a not so good quality ata (flour) to make the roti), it was still oily like how pooris are u healthy as hell but usually the taste is accepted by eater however taste was bland.
