I don't know if there was some kind of oil that they used or what? However, if you add arugula to a pizza it should be added at the very end of the baking process. I gave a 3 star rating because after all is said and done, the food was tasty and not a total bust. I will actually go to the restaurant location when I'm ready to try the pizza."
