"The Tonkotsu Ramen 豚骨拉面 was very good! The broth is nice and savory tasting on its own, but the udon noodles I opted for really kick it up a couple tiers. They're cooked perfectly, with the slightest bit of a chew (which I personally prefer), but still plump and tasty.
I opted for pork chashu for my protein and I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Good Chef makes my favorite chashu out of like the 10 ramen shops I frequent. It's squishy, but they keep some meat on the cut and sear it which gives it a mind blowing flavor.
The rest of the toppings were very nice tasting, not overpowering, and not soggy. I have to note the diligence in the way this restaurant packages their ramen. They package the broth separate from the noodles and toppings, so they won't get mushy in transit.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic and recommend for anyone trying to get into Asian or Japanese cuisine, or a regular ramen eater looking for another S-tier bowl to try out."
"Honestly, everything from here was amazing! It was hot, fresh, well-seasoned, and tasted homemade. Portions were great. 10/10 would recommend. I'll be ordering the Signature Spicy Pork Noodles 秘制红油面 and Garden Wonton (8 pcs) 红油炒手 again. The Fried Sesame Ball (6 pcs) 芝麻球 could have used more filling for my liking. It was just fried dough."
