"Absolutely loved my experience with Thyme Machine. Specifically, as there are not many great Middle Eastern spots in Brickell for lunch. The staff is kind and ready to answer questions about the menu. The food is fresh and has a great authentic taste. I tried the Za’tar with cheese and vegetables( your choice of adding cucumber, tomato, olives, mint, & cheese). Personally, I accompanied with hummus to dip and it was amazing! So far I tried the Date beverage and Rosewater. Both are refreshing with the Rosewater being my top pick. Namoura dessert & Unica bar are must-try."
