They're cooked perfectly, with the slightest bit of a chew (which I personally prefer), but still plump and tasty. I opted for pork chashu for my protein and I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Good Chef makes my favorite chashu out of like the 10 ramen shops I frequent. It's squishy, but they keep some meat on the cut and sear it which gives it a mind blowing flavor. The rest of the toppings were very nice tasting, not overpowering, and not soggy. I have to note the diligence in the way this restaurant packages their ramen. They package the broth separate from the noodles and toppings, so they won't get mushy in transit. "I buy from this Sushi Sake at least twice a week often times more and they have messed up honest to god maybe 2 3 times, being a weekly customer for about the past year. And even then it would be that it was slightly over cooked that day, too much salt, etc. So nothing too crazy, consistently is a 10/10 though I usually go for the chicken fried rice"
