"The Tonkotsu Ramen 豚骨拉面 was very good! The broth is nice and savory tasting on its own, but the udon noodles I opted for really kick it up a couple tiers. They're cooked perfectly, with the slightest bit of a chew (which I personally prefer), but still plump and tasty.
I opted for pork chashu for my protein and I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say this, Good Chef makes my favorite chashu out of like the 10 ramen shops I frequent. It's squishy, but they keep some meat on the cut and sear it which gives it a mind blowing flavor.
The rest of the toppings were very nice tasting, not overpowering, and not soggy. I have to note the diligence in the way this restaurant packages their ramen. They package the broth separate from the noodles and toppings, so they won't get mushy in transit.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely fantastic and recommend for anyone trying to get into Asian or Japanese cuisine, or a regular ramen eater looking for another S-tier bowl to try out."
