"Takeout order - ordered American * American Dream , Lobster Bisque , Boneless Short Rib , Mushroom Risotto , Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll, Rock Shrimp Tempura, * Takayama , and Japanese Fried Rice / Udon/yaki Soba (with shrimp). Overally, very disappointing. The best thing was the Mushroom Risotto side - great depth of flavor, using forbidden rice was a very nice touch for that. Very nice piece, but lacking any flavor and needed more cook time - still tough and not a good mouth feel when chewing through.
