The lobster bisque is just like I've tasted when visiting Maine. Significant amount of fresh lobster and delicious broth. Perfection! Tonight I ordered southwest corn soup. This tasted as if it was a gourmet chef's recipe. So much flavor. I plan to try the pie next. The crust looks like bread dough. That's what I'm used to coming from NY.
