I doordash Richie's frequently because Richie's was the only restaurant who "Got it Right." But the last 3 times I've ordered, the quality of the pieces of chicken that I received was horrible. The first time, I'm like ok, I'll let it slide. The 2nd time, I'm starting to doubt. This time I'm hesitant and thinking I can wait til I get off but I gave Richie's the benefit of the doubt. After today future doordash will be from my back-up restaurant. All three pieces of my chicken( 1 leg and 2 thighs) were either overcooked and/or left under the heating lamp too long. All 3 pieces were VERY dry and the outer skin was extra extra extra crunchy. The wedges and roll were the only items fresh.
