"Very disappointed with the quality of this restaurant. First, I want to clarify that this has nothing to do with the DoorDash driver. The delivery was fine. My issue is entirely with the restaurant.
I ordered two sancocho de gallina, which is supposed to be a traditional Colombian soup with hen, potatoes, corn, plantain, and a rich broth. What I received looked nothing like the pictures they advertise. Instead, they sent a small container mostly full of cooked plantain with broth and almost no meat or proper ingredients. It was absolutely not a real sancocho.
The packaging was also very poor, and the portion was extremely disappointing for the price. What they show in the photos online is completely different from what they actually send.
To make matters worse, when I called and spoke with the manager, the response was very unprofessional. I was told that because I chose delivery instead of picking up the order, DoorDash should handle the complaint. That makes no sense because DoorDash did not cook the food — the restaurant did.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. The same issue occurred last week, where the food delivered was nothing like what was advertised or what I paid for.
Overall, very unsatisfied with the quality, presentation, and customer service. I would not recommend this place."

"Wouldn order again. The beef empanada is extremely dry and mostly just the dough, barely any filling.
The beef quibe is so dry I couldn’t eat it, it crumbled down on my mouth, it was over fried.
The chicken balls are also extremely dry, even the one with catupiry. It’s like all the fillings were overcooked and nothing is moist or pleasant to bite.
The dessert don’t make it better either. The passion fruit mousse tastes like it’s made from powder juice and jelly, the texture is not moussy, yet firm, and the taste is sour but nothing like passion fruit. The coconut flan tasted like plastic, like it had been sitting on the fridge on a open container and it accumulated the taste of the fridge air. Very sad with this order, it was disastrous.
The ham and cheese croquette was good, I would say because the cheese gives that moist necessary and ham’s got natural liquid in it.
The shrimp croquette was good, and not as dry, but only 2 small pieces of shrimp on a snack bigger than my fist."

"½ Brazilian Pork Ribs and ½ Beef Ribs Good as usual never any complaints about the food but the portion could have been better this time. There were less ribs than usual. I was expecting to receive a small foil tray of food like it was pictured on the menu and like it is served at every other Portuguese restaurant. Instead I received a styrofoam container of the House Roast Pork Ribs along with the rice and fries both of which were small as well. The yellow rice didn't even have any taste to it It had no seasoning whatsoever. I was actually very disappointed cuz I was looking forward to having some good Portuguese barbecue food and while the ribs were okay everything else was not that great and like I said the portion was nowhere near what I expected it to be. We ordered the tequeños (yummm!), the capacha + pernil (out of this world!), and sweet plantains, rice, beans and shredded chicken - all of which tasted homemade! Absolute delicious comfort food! I could swear I had tears running down my face the food was so good!! My kids loved the churros for dessert!

I was happy to try this place, as it is new; and replaced Houlihans, one of our favorite restaurants. Houlihans stuffed mushroms came with seven cream cheese filled mushrooms covered in breadcrumbs and fried. Very delicious and served with fresh parsley and grated cheese also served with a fantastic horseradish sauce.
The order had given me immeasurable disappoint and will probably never order from or visit this restaurant again. I hope other customers enjoy this food, but I fear this restaurant with not be in business for long if this is the type of food they serve."

The calamari came with the marinara and was cooked beautifully. The cherry pepper aioli advertised was missing.
The deluxe bagel at 16$ did not come with scallion cream cheese (it was regular cream cheese and about a tablespoon of it). It did not come with the tomatoes. It did not come with capers. The salmon was delicious. In paying so much for a breakfast bagel, however, it is a problem that the product listed was not the one received.
Much of the menu was falsely advertised.
That having been said... again, the quality of what was received was delicious if that was what we had intended to purchase. "
