"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. Nothing got crushed in transit, this is just how carelessly the pastries were bagged. See pics. Rice donuts were crushed, but whatever, they're fine. Portuguese Egg Tart was dumped out of the plastic upside down, which I find gross and careless but again, meh. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere.
