"SPICY MISO RAMEN was very tasty. I thought the price was a little high until I saw how much food there was. They separated the broth in their bowl setup. Pork belly was cooked perfectly - it melted in the mouth and was a good temp. The only small thing to call out was that the noodles were really stuck together in a disk and didn't really untangle for 80% of the time spent eating it. They were tasty, mind you, but I would have liked more separation on the noodle front. Overall, a great new ramen spot."
