"Omg I'm a truck driver & randomly picked this place to have delivered to me in my rig at an industrial park. Jimmy the driver was super friendly & the spagetti bolognese is 100% authentic! Best I've ever had in USA and as good as I've found in Paris or London. NO tomato chunks, plenty of meat, delicious sauce, perfect noodles. Next time I deliver into Chicago area I will make every attempt to be in their delivery zone. Fresh bread & a side of Parmesan also. I'd suggest if poss offering a paper plate & plastic utensils & some butter for those of us away from home (truckers, hotel guests etc). I truly regretted finishing my plate andstretched out the large portion until lunch the next day!"

"OMG, THIS PIZZA!!! Very think and absolutely loaded with toppings. Soooo much cheese. A+++"

"The pizza was burnt, with little to no cheese on it. It looked very unappealing. It arrived late— but that was the DoorDash driver dropping off other orders first or getting lost- so everything was cold. The mozzarella triangles were bland— nothing exciting. The portion of tiramisu to the price was not worth it— that did taste good, but very overpriced for what you get! Overall a very expensive dinner of poor quality. When I called the restaurant when the pizza arrived to discuss the issues, the manager was not able to talk and couldn't bother to call me back as they said he would. The quality and customer service have declined greatly— with so many other options for pizza or restaurants in general, I will be going elsewhere from now on. Very disappointing of Giordano's, a place I've gone to for many years! For a place that says they take customer service very seriously, you did not prove it with me, or you would have at least called me back!"

Ordered through DD since I'm slightly outside their delivery area.The Hand Rolled Pizza (12 Inches) with sausage, pepperoni and jalapeños we got was very tasty. The dough had a nice chew and the crust had a great crunch. Not too doughy. The cheese blend was great. Like a touch of cheddar with the white cheese. The Mozzarella Sticks are flavored nicely. The Onion Rings are some of the best I've ever had. Airy and crunchy. The onion didn't separate from the beer batter coating. Very happy with what I received. I really wanted the cheese curds and caprese salad but they weren't available on this APP menu. Looking forward to trying them in the future. "
