The tenderness and flavor of the Pork Lechon Kawali (Pork Belly) was great. Not chewy at all; with a nice crispy fried exterior. It came with this liver sauce, that had a nice tangy savory flavor. So don't get discouraged that its called liver sauce. No traces of actual liver flavor haha. The Mango Juice tasted like fresh mangos were squeezed; to give you that refreshing beverage that pairs great with any item on the menu. Next time, I wanna try their Crispy Pata, as that looks amazing. Glad to have them back in business. The prices are worth the quality and portions you receive. Highly Recommended."

I had to clean the lobster tail myself (see photo) which if anybody knows the black tube down the back is the poop shoot and if you just say "eff it" and eat it, it's sandy and gritty.
For the $130 price point, I would have higher expectations for quality, cleanliness, and flavor and this place was just not it."
