"I ordered the specialty milkshake shown in the listing, and what I received was nowhere close. The photo advertised a fully dressed, over-the-top shake covered in toppings, whipped cream, and candy. What arrived was a plain cup of melted ice cream with a lid on it—no toppings, no presentation, nothing resembling what I paid for. It also didn’t taste great. For $18, I would have been better off going to Friendly’s. Really disappointing and not at all what was advertised."
