I used to live a city away from one of the largest Asian populations in LA County. One thing I've missed since moving away was not having authentic Chinese food anymore. There are tables in the front, sushi bar, beverage bar on the side, or hibachi in the back. Wheelchair access is avaliable. The food is beyond delicious. Each member of the team is an artist. The hibachi performance is so entertaining. I have never had a bad sushi there. Its presentation has always been tactfully executed. BOH is also fantastic. The dishes have been consistent.
