Unfortunately, despite arriving near the end of the allowed pickup time, I was still required to wait an additional 15 minutes causing me to be late return to work. I had the Bourbon Street Chicken & Andouille Sausage Penne for lunch, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. The chicken was burnt, negatively impacting the dish's overall flavor. Furthermore, the noodles were overcooked, exhibiting an undesirable doughy texture. Upon inspection, I was disappointed to find only five sausages included. The lackluster experience was compounded by the under-seasoning of the NEW Ultimate Trio rods. Dessert consisted of a generous scoop of ice cream accompanied by a small piece of brownie, akin to a child's portion. Given this marks the second incident, I regret to inform that I will not be returning to the Applebee's location in 5 Points."
