The fried rice was hot and steamy when I received my delivery. The ratio of chicken, shrimp and sausage to rice was perfect. But the spice level was a little too much heat and the overall rice was heavily peppered. I had to take several breaks to get through about a quarter of the meal before I gave up. The white rice that came with the gumbo tasted like Uncle Ben's or Minute rice - definitely not long grain jasmine rice. I ordered late, so I wasnt surprised to see specks of burnt rice mixed in - must have been scraped from the bottom of the pot. I fed it to my pet goose because it didn't taste good at all."
