Rice is fluffy. Love the Tres Leches although the contents often leak I wish they would package in a separate bag or with plastic wrap. For me, I get several servings from the portion provided. It comes with a small side of rice, which I always order extra. I order this EVERY time we order from Brenda Lee's because I can't go without it! My only complaint is that usually everything is just 100% perfect, and they have sent my delivery as such to the menu, but I always ask for extra lime wedges, and it does come with condiments, but the last 2 orders my special instructions requesting if I could have extra limes I didn't. I happen to love lime, otherwise it isn't a necessary add on, the stew DOES have that lime flavor hint to it and DOES come with usually 2 pieces of lime as well as onion and cilantro."
