"I ordered The Rachel and substituted the turkey with ham. The meat was quite good and there was definitely an abundance of it. The bread was also delicious and fresh. However, I was disappointed by the amount of sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing on it. Only knew there was sauerkraut by opening the sandwich and checking. Couldn't taste it or the Thousand Island dressing, which I'm not really sure was even on the sandwich. I love a good Rachel for the very ingredients that they skimped on. The cheese steak sandwich was terrible! I ordered additional steak and the sandwich I got was all goopy pimento cheese some sauteed onions and barely any steak. I paid an extra $7 for additional steak, I mean the sandwich was practically flat. There was only just a few slivers of steak. I would not ever buy that again total rip off.
