"This specific dunkin that doordash orders my food from is known to be the worst dunkin in the area and Im surrounded by at least 5 different Dunkins within a 10 minute drive. I wish doordash allowed us to choose which dunkin we order from. I ordered my iced coffee with multiple syrups, sweeter, and milk and was delivered a plain black iced coffee. The ticket even has all my modifications listed and that I paid extra for, but was given black coffee. And this is not the first time they've given me awful coffee and food. The sandwich was not toasted even though I selected that option too. I am consistently disappointed in this dunkin and this is the last time I order dunkin from doordash because of the simple fact that I cant select a different dunkin that is literally a 2 minute drive from my house. I pay for extra modifications, just to be given black coffee. And again, this is not the first time, its been years of awful experiences from this one dunkin location and Im finally done ordering dunkin from DoorDash."
