"This specific dunkin that doordash orders my food from is known to be the worst dunkin in the area and Im surrounded by at least 5 different Dunkins within a 10 minute drive. I wish doordash allowed us to choose which dunkin we order from. I ordered my iced coffee with multiple syrups, sweeter, and milk and was delivered a plain black iced coffee. The ticket even has all my modifications listed and that I paid extra for, but was given black coffee. And this is not the first time they've given me awful coffee and food. The sandwich was not toasted even though I selected that option too. I am consistently disappointed in this dunkin and this is the last time I order dunkin from doordash because of the simple fact that I cant select a different dunkin that is literally a 2 minute drive from my house. I pay for extra modifications, just to be given black coffee. The $19 "American Breakfast" was missing half the items, but the bigger problem is what they did send: overcooked pancakes, a giant heap of unseasoned home fries, and scrambled eggs with no discernible flavor. At that price point for what is essentially pancakes/eggs/potatoes, you expect something decent or flavorful, but it was stunningly bland.
