One more thing: if you’re serving food in a box that needs to stay flat, don’t package it in a handled bag the moment the dasher lifts the bag by the handles the food slides into a corner. Of course the one who picks it up should carry it carefully too but the packaging should be designed to prevent that from happening in the first place. Simply use bags with a wider base for these orders so it stays flat during transport.

Unfortunately, the food I received for delivery was quite different from what I remembered. First, the portions were extremely small, especially given the price. Paying $22 for a small container of butter chicken, one would expect a reasonable portion of rice, but instead, the rice container was half the size of the already small curry container. Moreover, the food was quite bland. I hope it was just an off day because this used to be one of my favorites in Houston.
