Cheesy Gordita Crunch — Arrived with no sauce at all, which completely changes the taste and quality of the item. I’ve been a loyal customer and have never had an issue until now. Getting the wrong protein is a food quality concern . Please refund for the affected items as well as any delivery fees and tip associated with this order, since the order did not meet basic accuracy standards. I’d also appreciate any credits for the inconvenience, as this was a really frustrating experience. Thank you for your help."
