"holy smokes. this NYC style pizza is unbelievably good. I'm pretty picky when it comes to pizza, and there's a lot of crappy pizza places in our area. Brooklyn Pizza is NOT one them. The crust is chewy but with a crispy bottom, and very little flop, with a fluffy, bubbly outer edge that begs to be dunked into garlic butter and eaten like bread sticks, when the cheese and sauce is all gone.
