I had to not eat and do this and take photos to show you if you want them because I'd like door dash to speak to these people as if this was this bad that it is making me do this BEFORE I am even eating & I haven't eaten I've been so busy since yesterday morning.... then it's just horrible and you'll be getting way more complaints besides myself. Oh & please don't think the delivery young man did anything wrong. He was nothing but polite, very sweet & helpful. He's great. It's the food 100% and how it's overcooked, so dry I won't even eat the pizza, the pasta I'm eating now I'm too hungry to wait an hour or more to send it back to get this whole meal redone plus my friend is eating the overcooked pizza. Also the pasta , you can't send less than half an order and I'll prove it because it clearly shows it's baked in . So it proves I didn't take half out and take photos. It's a horrible meal and it has made my dinner not worth this aggravation and now I'm wasting time writing this eating my less than half order of pasta that I can tell was left in the oven way too long as it too is dried out . These people should've made a new order since the food was like this. And you can't charge for a full order sending less than half out . It's not my first time getting the exact same pasta from them. ..many many times and it's not ever been this bad until now. Whoever's there tonight needs to be retrained or they're having such a bad night that they looked at this mess and said... I don't care and sent it ! Everyone has bad days but why should I be made to pay when it's less than half an order ( compared to the amount usually in it every other time I have ordered it & I ordered *TWO* orders tonight they're both less than half full and overdone . To send this out to me like this . It's pretty bad & im not a person who will complain unless I feel the people doing wrong are DEAD WRONG NO CHANCE IM OVERREACTING.
