"I've ordered from Sweet Journey many times to get boba/milk tea and fruit teas. Today I used DoorDash as I was really tired and didn't feel like going out. They are usually good. However today was disappointing! I felt hungry so I ordered the pasta to go along with my brown sugar milk tea and passion fruit tea. I was really irritated that the pasta to go states it's $7.50, you can get Alfredo or red sauce and bacon, sausage or ham. I chose Alfredo and sausage and it wouldn't let me add it to my order until I chose a 2nd sauce. I was confused but chose Alfredo again. It charged an additional $2 and there was no way to bypass that. Seems deceptive since it should be $7.50 and there was no way to avoid it so I got charged $9.50 for a tiny box of pasta. Secondly I asked for extra brown sugar syrup in my brown sugar milk tea (they only ever put a small amount compared to other boba places) so I figured I'd ask for more this time. My brown sugar milk tea barely had any brown sugar syrup in it. Disappointing. If I go again I wouldn't get the pasta and I will go in person to personally ask for the extra syrup since I guess through doordash they don't care or read notes customers write."
