I don't know if there was some kind of oil that they used or what? However, if you add arugula to a pizza it should be added at the very end of the baking process. They must've been lazy and just threw it on there because it was very soggy. To make matters worse, the prices were quite high for what I received. I expected more for the cost, especially in terms of flavor and quality. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I could have enjoyed a much better pizza elsewhere for a similar or lower price."
