"Love this place! My favorite spot to get crawfish during the season. The house sauce is the best. I would just ask that the restaurant remove "extras" from being required and make it optional instead. Having to add butter as a requirement and pay for something I dont need is unfair. "

Just two days prior, I doordashed 3 lbs of crawfish, turkey nevks pota,and, saisage& shrimp & had some of the best crawfish I’ve had in a long time—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. That’s why I decided to order again. However, this time, the crawfish I received was either old or frozen. It was mushy, falling apart, and full of water. The taste was completely off, making it inedible. To make matters worse, I also ordered turkey necks again, and they were completely missing from my order. I spent $100 expecting the same quality as my previous visit, only to be incredibly disappointed. I called the restaurant to let them know what happened, not even asking for a refund—just bringing the issue to their attention. Instead of addressing my concerns, the woman on the phone dismissively told me, “Well, no one else has complained.” I was flabbergasted. As a frequent customer, I should be able to provide feedback without being dismissed. I truly hope management takes this seriously because consistency and customer service matter.
