I called to request a refund since I did not receive the correct order, I was given the run around so I was unable to get a refund. Very difficult to communicate with the restaurant and door dash."

"I ordered a half dozen donuts, which came in a box, and added three iced donuts to the order. Instead of just using a larger box and keeping everything together, the iced donuts were placed in a bag. That doesn’t make much sense—even one iced donut in a bag gets messy. The icing sticks to everything and ruins the donut. I didn’t order donut holes, I ordered full donuts—why would those go in a bag? It’s like getting a pizza where all the toppings stick to the lid. It would be much better to use a larger box and keep all the donuts together."
