"I had the best chicken sandwich of my life today"
"Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sando . Poor quality. I'm not a big fast food person, so I might just have a different standard because of that, but my partner likes the wings so I gave it a try.
The sandwich was doused in sauce, so bread the was soggy. Basically no chicken in the fried chicken somehow, and it was pretty much a disc of crispy batter. Essentially 1% chicken and 9% fried batter.
Normally I like a little extra sauce, but the sandwich was sitting in a pool of it that hid the whole bottom bun. Ended up just throwing it out after two bites. All I tasted was straight up sauce. Didn't take a picture because I threw it out before even thinking about putting in a complaint, but only decided to because I basically paid for a meal I didn't eat due to it being inedible.
I understand that wings are the thing they are known for so idk if a sandwich is out of their scope of expertise.

"The onion rings with our Turkey Club Sandwich were really overcooked, all stuck together and smashed on top of the sandwich in the same plastic container that made the sandwich bread completely mush from the steam while traveling for delivery. I don't understand why they put the onion rings and sandwich together in the same box since the biscuits with the omelette we ordered were packed separately with care. Otherwise the food was fine, but the mushy bread really ruined the pricy sandwich. Disappointing. "

"We ordered orange chicken, chicken udon, chicken&broccoli, egg rolls, and gyoza/pot stickers. OH and hot&sour soup. Top items were the orange chicken and chicken udon stir fry. We thought they were delicious and fresh, especially for take out. The orange chicken doesn't have that really strong orange flavor which I hate, it was subtle. We also liked the pot stickers, egg rolls, and H&S soup. Pot stickers we would prefer not deep fried but actually great flavor and skin wasn't too thick. Wish the dipping sauce was less sweet though and more spicy. My hubby is super picky about H&S soup and it's his favorite thing. He is also Chinese-American, so I trust his judgment because he has tried H&S soup everywhere. He usually does not like it at most places but he said this one was actually pretty good. Honestly, the only thing we didn't really like was the chicken&broccoli and it was fine, nothing wrong with it. Just the other stuff was better.
It also delivered really well too. Portions are a little smaller than we are used to, but that works for us because we always have way too much left overs that goes bad because we can't eat it quick enough."

"Our order was for two personal-sized, pan pizzas. We were given a medium pizza instead and were told that it was the same amount of pizza. Apparently, they were out of pan-sized boxes. Additionally, the breadsticks were only half baked, and were inedible because of how doughy they were.
If we had wanted a medium pizza, that's what we would have ordered.

The food is typically warm enough, and given its a 15 minute drive I dont expect it to retain the fresh heat of dining in. Its always been just right enough to eat when it gets to my place. The flavor is always fresh, and the little potatoes somehow keep their just right crunch every time. I do typically have to order an extra side of hollandaise sauce now-- somewhere in the last few years they cut the amount back that they put on them and it just doesnt seem to be enough. This is the third time I have ordered this at my new location and will probably order again at some point. All three times I have received the same level of quality in preparation, presentation, flavor and delivery (shout out to the drivers).
