They know how to draw the line, streamline everything, make sure everything is packaged properly the first time around. You can tell by the way the staff works, the manager knows what he's doing. Maybe the owner. Someone at upper level management here knows what they're doing. They get the packaging right every time. And my order is no joke ahaha. It's pretty difficult. And they work with me every time. Most places I go to, I have to ask for a stopper, sleeve, drink carrier, bag. Here, when the manager is there, he just does it without me having to ask. If Starbucks was a 5/10 I would put this at a 4/10 since Starbucks has more options and their lattes have more of a kick. My coffee tasted like it only had 1 shot of espresso :/ for that price I would expect my coffee to be charged. Also the wait, I ordered ahead for pick up took me 12ish mins to drive there and I still waited like 7 more min for one coffee and one pastry. "SOOOOOOO mid. I mean seriously, I've enjoyed Starbucks lattes more and I hate Starbucks and haven't been in years. The burrito was super burnt and crispy, very bland, perhaps days old and they baked it in the toaster before giving to me. The cherry latte tasted nothing like cherry or espresso, just watered down weak coffee with a really really sour taste. Just odd flavors all around, like the cafeteria of a random mall. Most certainly won't order again. Don't recommend."
