I’ve noticed a recurring issue where my orders, especially for juice, are often canceled after waiting close to an hour. If four individual customers walked in, they wouldn’t be turned away, so I hope online orders can be treated with the same priority. Additionally, my açaí bowl was disappointing for the price—there was very little fruit and granola, making it feel incomplete. I share this feedback because I truly love this place and want to see it succeed. I hope improvements can be made so customers, both in-store and online, receive a consistently great experience."
