I would say my spice tolerance is medium to light medium haha and this dish is spicy in a make your nose run type of way if you have the same tolerance. Personally, I love that! It's not over-watery to make the portion look big, the sauce is thick and perfect level of spice that doesn't make you nauseous and unable to eat.
